Returns & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that every customer receives genuine and high-quality books.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• You receive the wrong product.

• The book is damaged during shipping.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used books

• Books damaged after delivery

• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Refund Process

After the returned product is inspected and approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Replacement

Where possible, a replacement book may be provided instead of a refund.
