Kazuo Ishiguro

Sir Kazuo Ishiguro is an acclaimed Japanese-British novelist, screenwriter, and musician who was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 2017. Born in Nagasaki, Japan, in 1954, he moved to the United Kingdom at the age of five and went on to become one of the most celebrated contemporary figures in English literature.
