Major General (Dr.) Bipin Bakshi, AVSM, VSM (Retd) is a highly decorated veteran of the Indian Army and a prominent scholar-warrior specializing in cyberwarfare, information operations, and national security. An alumnus of the Indian Military Academy where he won the prestigious Sword of Honour and Gold Medal, he served for 38 years in the military, leading critical formations on India’s Northern and Western borders, commanding the Information Warfare division at Northern Command in Jammu & Kashmir, and serving as an Inspector General in the National Security Guard (NSG)
