Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla is an Indian Air Force (IAF) test pilot, ISRO astronaut (gaganyatri), and the first Indian to visit the International Space Station (ISS). He made history in June–July 2025 by serving as the primary mission pilot on the Axiom Mission 4 (Ax-4), a commercial spaceflight co-managed by NASA, Axiom Space, and ISRO.
