Hg Wells

Herbert George Wells (21 September 1866 – 13 August 1946) was a prolific English author widely widely remembered as the “father of science fiction” alongside Jules Verne. He famously combined commonplace realism with a single extraordinary premise—a technique known as “Wells’s Law”—to craft stories that deeply shaped modern pop culture and scientific imagination.
