Kahlil Gibran

Kahlil Gibran (born Jubrān Khalīl Jubrān) was a world-renowned Lebanese-American writer, poet, and visual artist. Born in Bsharri, Lebanon, in 1883, he later emigrated to the United States, where he became one of the most commercially successful and widely read poets in history—ranking third all-time behind William Shakespeare and Laozi.
